CHICAGO — Koswire Inc. is facing $145,530 in potential penalties for 19 alleged safety violations following the death of a worker at a company facility in Flowery Branch, Ga.

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) said it started an inspection of the South Korea-based steel wire drawer on March 3 after an employee was killed when he was caught in moving wire and pulled into rotating rolls.....
