NEW YORK Relco Locomotives Inc. has filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit against Tube City IMS LLC over alleged unpaid bills totaling $186,474 for services related to locomotive maintenance and repair.
Relcos lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court in Illinois claims that Tube City has failed to pay fuel surcharges, monthly maintenance fees and certain repair costs.....
