NEW YORK — Sims Metal Management Ltd. has completed its acquisition of a Maryland e-cycling company.
Looking to expand its presence in the rapidly growing e-cycling industry, the group’s electronics recycling division, Sims Recycling Solutions (SRS), picked up some additional North American market share by acquiring Elkridge, Md.-based E-Structors Inc.....
