NEW YORK — Tight aluminum scrap flow and a sustained boost in London Metal Exchange prices prompted further gains in free-market scrap prices Tuesday, while A380.1 reached $1 per pound.

Old sheet prices moved up to a range of 66 to 68 cents per pound Tuesday from 65 to 67 cents previously, while high-grade turnings rose to 67 to 69 cents per pound from 66 to 68 cents.....
