NEW YORK An appeals court has sustained a remand determination from the Commerce Department concerning an anti-dumping duty order on silicon metal from China.
It stems from separate appeals filed in 2010 by domestic producer Globe Metallurgical Inc. and foreign producers/exporters Shanghai Jinneng International Trade Co. Ltd., Datong Jinneng Industrial Silicon Co. Inc. and Jiangxi Gangyuan Silicon Industry Co. Ltd. concerning a 2007-08 administrative review.....
