NEW YORK — Free-market secondary aluminum alloy prices, along with those for mill-grade scrap, have logged further gains as London Metal Exchange tags crept closer to the symbolic $2,000-per-tonne mark.
A380.1 tightened to a range of 99 cents to $1 per pound from 98 cents to $1, while 319.1 narrowed to a range of $1.05 to $1.06 per pound from $1.04 to $1.06 previously.....
