NEW YORK HudBay Minerals Inc. has announced an offering of $500 million in senior unsecured notes to help fund its Lalor, Reed and Constancia copper projects.
The notes were priced at 100 percent of the aggregate principal amount, providing the company with gross proceeds of $500 million, and will yield 9.5 percent to maturity, according to the Toronto-based company.....
