NEW YORK — A federal judge has said he will move to settle a dispute between bankrupt steelmaker RG Steel LLC and Esmark Steel Group LLC over the sale of RG Steel’s stake in Ohio Coatings Co. in October.
At a hearing Friday afternoon, Delaware bankruptcy court judge Kevin J. Carey scheduled hearings for Oct. 15 and 16 to hear arguments and witnesses from both Esmark and RG Steel as to whether the sale of Ohio Coatings can be finalized separately from....
