PITTSBURGH A couple that allegedly was illegally operating an electronics recycling business out of their home and improperly disposing of waste has been fined.
The Missouri attorney generals office said that Tim and Cathleen Coffman of Battlefield, Mo., have been ordered by Greene County Circuit Court to pay a $20,000 civil penalty and have been banned from further violating the states Hazardous Waste Management Law. ....
