PITTSBURGH Southern Recycling LLC (SoRec) is suing a towing company for negligence, alleging that it intentionally cut a vessel loose as Hurricane Isaac approached.
New Orleans-based SoRec, a wholly owned subsidiary of England-based European Metal Recycling LLC, is seeking an undetermined amount of money from McAllister Towing of Virginia Inc., according to a complaint filed in U.S. District Court in Louisiana.....
