Teck acknowledges Trail discharges into river

NEW YORK — A subsidiary of Teck Resources Ltd. has agreed to certain facts in litigation it is facing on slag discharges from the company’s Trail zinc smelter in British Columbia to the Upper Columbia River in the United States.
