LONDON MMC Norilsk Nickel has signed a letter of intent to build a 400,000-tonne-per-year copper smelting complex in Indonesia.
The declaration, struck with Indonesias Ministry of Industry and Trade at the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (Apec) business summit in Vladivostok, Russia, also sets out terms for the development of copper-nickel deposits....
