NEW YORK — Industry veteran Raymond J. Milchovich has returned to Nucor Corp.’s board of directors after a five-year hiatus, increasing the steelmaker’s director count to 11 from 10.
"We are very pleased to welcome Ray back to the Nucor team," Nucor chairman and chief executive officer Daniel R. DiMicco said in a statement. "The company greatly benefited from his past service....
