PITTSBURGH — Manitoba Corp. has completed its relocation to a larger St. Louis facility.
The nonferrous recycler, which has been in the St. Louis area since 1981, has doubled its space, hired an assistant plant manager and increased its work force in order to grow its presence in the St. Louis market.....
