PITTSBURGH — Pacific Steel & Recycling Inc. is making upgrades at two of its scrap processing facilities.
The Great Falls, Mont.-based recycler is upgrading its Mayfield, Idaho, shredder and will install a new shear in Spokane, Wash.....
