PITTSBURGH A scrapyard owner who pleaded guilty to tax evasion has been sentenced to prison and ordered to pay restitution.
Kenneth Hogan, 50, admitted collecting a federal disability pension and failing to file income tax returns from 2006 through 2008 while running Scrap Brothers Inc. in Paw Paw, W.Va., and claiming he had no income (amm.com, April 27).....
