NEW YORK — U.S. Magnesium LLC says a decision by the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) to keep anti-dumping duties in place on granular magnesium from China is critical for the company’s survival.

The ITC ruled Sept. 12 that removing anti-dumping duties on Chinese granular magnesium would likely lead to material injury to the U.S. industry (amm.com, Sept. 12). ....
