CHICAGO Dana Holding Corp. has been ordered by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) to reinstate a fired financial analyst and to pay nearly $275,000 in back wages and benefits, compensatory damages and attorneys fees.
The ruling came after OSHAs Chicago office investigated alleged violations of the whistleblower protection provisions of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.....
