NEW YORK — Esmark Steel Group LLC hopes to resolve its dispute with RG Steel LLC over the sale of the bankrupt steelmaker’s stake in Ohio Coatings Co. before a hearing in October.
Sewickley, Pa.-based Esmark asked a judge in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Delaware to compel the sale of Ohio Coatings. The judge will hear testimony on Oct. 15 and then decide whether the sale of Ohio Coatings can be completed separately from the sale of RG Steel’s Yorkville, Ohio, facility....
