CHICAGO — Vallourec SA has completed an extension to its facility in Changzhou, China, as it looks to boost its premium pipe offerings for China’s power generation market.
The French steelmaker said the upgrade to V & M Changzhou, which was commissioned in 2006, will allow the plant to produce and finish premium seamless pipe for other industrial markets,....
