NEW YORK — IMX Resources Ltd. has closed its recently announced purchase of all outstanding shares of Canadian junior nickel miner Continental Nickel Ltd.
The transaction received court and regulatory approval and was accepted by Continental Nickel shareholders, who received 3.7 shares of IMX and 0.5 of an ordinary....
