NEW YORK — Metallurgical coal producer Cline Mining Corp. will not resume production at its New Elk Mine in Colorado until market conditions improve, the company said this week.
In July, the Toronto-based company announced that it would temporarily suspend production at the mine for about 60 days to manage costs.....
