NEW YORK Metallurgical coal producer Cline Mining Corp. will not resume production at its New Elk Mine in Colorado until market conditions improve, the company said this week.
In July, the Toronto-based company announced that it would temporarily suspend production at the mine for about 60 days to manage costs.....
