PITTSBURGH — Sutter Metals LLC, which also does business as Lacey’s Auto Recycling, is being sued by an environmental group for allegedly violating the Clean Water Act.
Waste Action Project is suing the Lacey, Wash.-based recycler for allegedly polluting local waterways with contaminants, according to the complaint filed in U.S. District Court in Washington.....
