Wise Recycling files second suit vs. ex-manager

NEW YORK Wise Recycling LLC has filed another lawsuit against Jody Standley, alleging that the former sales manager at the companys Clayton, N.C., headquarters conspired with a family member to overpay for unsegregated scrap deliveries.
The lawsuit alleges that Standley and Corey Lee, a manager at Phoenix Trailer Liquidation Services LLC, arranged for Wise Recycling to pay segregated scrap rates for unsegregated scrap loads delivered by Phoenix to Wise Recyclings Clayton facility, according to documents filed in Johnston County (N.C.) Superior Court.
Lee is described in the lawsuit as Standleys brother-in-law, while Standley is said to be the registered agent for Clayton-based Phoenix.....
