PITTSBURGH Three people have been arrested in New York for allegedly stealing vehicles off city streets and selling them to a scrap metal recycler in Queens.
Jose Montenegro, 27, and Jennifer Avila, 26, both of Brooklyn, and Pedro Lopez, 20, of Queens, have been charged with grand larceny, criminal possession of stolen property, unauthorized use of a vehicle....
