NEW YORK The U.S. Court of International Trade (CIT) has rejected a steel importers appeal to change the revocation date of a dumping duty order on steel nails from China.
The Commerce Departments International Trade Administration (ITA) revoked duties in May 2011 on four types of steel nails effective Aug. 1, 2009, but the importer requested a date of Jan. 23, 2008.....
