CHICAGO Charter Steel has filed a lawsuit against Tatano Wire & Steel Inc., claiming the company did not pay nearly $300,000 for steel Charter delivered.
The Saukville, Wis.-based steel bar, wire and wire products maker, a division of Mequon, Wis.-based Charter Manufacturing Co. Inc., said Tatano began purchasing steel from Charter in March 2012.....
