NEW YORK — The final results of a review of an anti-dumping duty suspension agreement on Russian hot-rolled steel have been pushed back 60 days to Nov. 28, according to documents filed Monday with the Commerce Department.

The deadline for the final results was originally set for Oct. 1 after domestic petitioner Nucor Corp., Charlotte, N.C.—along with interested parties ArcelorMittal USA LLC, Chicago; U.S. Steel Corp., Pittsburgh; Gallatin Steel Co., Ghent, Ky.; Steel Dynamics Inc. (SDI), Fort Wayne, Ind.; and SSAB Americas, Lisle, Ill.—said that the agreement had failed to prevent price undercutting.....
