Tokyo Steel continues to cut scrap prices

TOKYO Japanese scrap tags continue to slide as Tokyo Steel Manufacturing Co. Ltd. again cut its scrap buying prices amid lackluster demand and falling export tags.
The countrys largest electric-arc furnace operator and effective benchmark price-setter has cut its purchase prices for scrap delivered to its five plants by another ¥500 ($6) per tonne.....
