CANCUN, Mexico — Posco Ltd. chief executive officer Joon-Yang Chung confirmed Wednesday that the global steelmaker could make a play for ThyssenKrupp AG’s flat-rolled facility in Calvert, Ala.
"We are considering taking part in that project, but it is not (finalized) yet," Chung told AMM during a question-and-answer period at the second annual Mexican Steel Conference hosted by Mexican steelmakers association Canacero.....
