NEW YORK — SA Recycling LLC has filed a lawsuit against a California recycler, alleging patent infringement.
The Orange, Calif.-based recycler’s claims pertain to a container loading patent it obtained in 2010.
SA Recycling alleges in its lawsuit filed in federal District Court in California late last week that Sun Valley, Calif.-based Express Metals Recycling infringed on one or more aspects of its patent.....
