DALIAN, China Chinese ferrous scrap consumption is set to decline for the first time in years, according to the China Association of Metalscrap Utilization.
"As Chinas crude steel output is expected to reach 720 million tonnes in 2012, the consumption of ferrous scrap will drop to 84 million to 85 million....
