LOS ANGELES — Service center Staub Metals Corp. is exiting the light-gauge steel framing fabrication business.
The Paramount, Calif.-based distributor wants to sell its American Steel Framing Solutions (ASFS) metal stud manufacturing division in Fontana, Calif.
Staub didn’t release financial details on ASFS or the price it is seeking for the division, but a company executive told AMM that ASFS is being offered as an asset sale. ....
