PITTSBURGH Special T Metals LLC has filed a lawsuit against a company started by a former employee, claiming infringement of its trademark and common law rights by using its name to attract customers.
In the lawsuit, filed in U.S. District Court in Pennsylvania, Uniontown, Pa.-based Special T claimed John J. Hudak, owner of Alloy Recycling Services, used the Special T name to lure customers to his website. He was an employee at Special T until he left in 2010 to establish....
