NEW YORK — Georgian American Alloys Inc. has acquired ferrosilicon producer CC Metals & Alloys LLC (CCMA) from its affiliate Optima Group LLC in exchange for shares.
CCMA, which was acquired by Optima Group last year (amm.com, March 16, 2011), will now be a direct subsidiary of Georgian American Alloys alongside sister companies Felman Production Inc. and Felman Trading Inc.....
