NEW YORK Vanadium producer Evraz Stratcor Inc., a subsidiary of Russian steelmaker Evraz Group SA, will start processing roasted vanadium-bearing steelmaking slag at its facility in Hot Springs, Ark., in November in order to diversify its feedstock.
"Processing Evrazs roasted slag at Hot Springs will allow us to recover vanadium from an abundant raw material," president Tim Scott said in a statement.....
