CHICAGO WSP Holdings Ltd. plans to sell its U.S. oil country tubular goods (OCTG) business for $43 million to Southern Tube LLC, an affiliate of Tokyos Nippon Steel & Sumitomo Metal Corp.
The deal includes all of WSP subsidiary Houston OCTG Group Inc., a U.S. spokesman for the Wuxi, China-based energy tubulars producer confirmed to AMM Tuesday.....
