PITTSBURGH — COM2 Computers & Technologies LLC faces $67,320 in proposed penalties after being cited by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) for allegedly exposing its workers to lead.

OSHA, which inspected the Carol Stream, Ill.-based electronics recycler in March following a complaint, cited the company for 11 alleged serious safety and health violations after tests revealed airborne lead levels higher than allowed by....
