DLA Strategic Materials sets fiscal '13 sales parameters

NEW YORK — DLA Strategic Materials can sell up to 65,204 short tons of ferrochrome during fiscal 2013, which began Oct. 1, according to its recently released annual materials plan.

The Fort Belvoir, Va.-based agency can also sell 100,000 tons of high-carbon ferromanganese and 222,025 tons of metallurgical grade manganese ore. It also includes the sale of 5.07 million pounds of tungsten ores and concentrates, 77,433....
