NEW YORK The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has released Alcoa Inc.s plans for cleaning up some four decades worth of pollutants from the Grasse River in upstate New York.
Alcoa operates two aluminum smelters in nearby Massena, N.Y., which have a combined nameplate annual capacity of 252,000 tonnes. ....
