PITTSBURGH Metal Exchange Corp. is suing a recycler for trademark infringement, alleging that the company is illegally using a patented logo and namesake that Metal Exchange owns in order to lure customers.
The St. Louis-based scrap metals broker is suing Metal Networks LLC, Houston, for alleged trademark and service mark infringement.....
