NEW YORK Alcoa Inc. has reached a tentative agreement for a long-term power contract with the Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) for its smelter in Ferndale, Wash.
The proposed contract for the Intalco Works smelter would run through September 2022, the Pittsburgh-based aluminum producer said Tuesday.....
