SHANGHAI — China Armco Metals Inc. has applied for a certificate to import scrap directly into China from overseas suppliers.
The metal ore trader and recycler currently pays 100 to 200 yuan ($16 to $32) per tonne to an agent for importing and processing overseas scrap, a company source told AMM sister publication Steel First.....
