NEW YORK Die casters are cautiously optimistic about demand for 2013, although many said at the North American Die Casting Associations Die Casting Congress and Exposition in Indianapolis that margins from the automotive sector continue to be tight.
Growth is expected to be steady but not dramatic over the coming year, delegates from metal die casting and smelting companies told AMM. The view is buoyed by the improvement in U.S. automotive sector sales this year, although there have been some signs....
