NEW YORK — USA Metal Recycling LLC is being sued by the city of Siloam Springs, Ark., which claims the company is operating without an appropriate business license outside of a legal operating zone.
The lawsuit, filed in Arkansas’ Benton County Circuit Court, alleges that USA Metal Recycling has repeatedly been notified of its violations of city code and failed to vacate the site by Oct. 6, as originally agreed. ....
