NEW YORK Rio Tinto Alcan is moving forward with plans to sell its Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne smelter in the French Alps.
Several parties have expressed interest in the smelter, which has a nameplate capacity of 141,000 tonnes per year, a Rio Tinto Alcan spokesman told AMM. ....
