Chinese aluminum fabricator plans $959M production facility

SHANGHAI Chinas top aluminum fabricator, Shandong Nanshan Aluminum Co. Ltd., will issue 6 billion yuan ($959 million) in bonds to build a 200,000-tonne-per-year aluminum alloy products plant.
