SHANGHAI Chinas steel exports rebounded in September after two consecutive months of declines in July and August.
Exports totaled 5.15 million tonnes during the month, an increase of 21.5 percent from 4.24 million tonnes in August and 22.3 percent higher than levels seen in the same month last year, according to preliminary Chinese customs data.....
