CHICAGO — ALJ Regional Holdings Inc. (ALJ) saw its fiscal-year revenue fall on the back of fourth-quarter results.

The Ashland, Ky.-based parent of Kentucky Electric Steel LLC (KES) said it recorded revenue of $158.9 million for its fiscal year ended Sept. 30, down nearly 2 percent from $162.1....
