NEW YORK Aleris International Inc. has announced a private offering of $400 million in senior unsecured notes due in 2020 to help fund construction of its aluminum rolling mill in Zhenjiang, China.
The notes will be guaranteed on a senior unsecured basis by some of the companys domestic subsidiaries and will be offered only to qualified institutional buyers and those outside the United States in accordance with the U.S. Securities....
